SMS Terms

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms describe AAA Land Management LLC’s optional hauling text-message program.

What you may receive

After opting in through the hauling request form, you may receive automated texts about your hauling inquiry, quotes and scheduling, including an acknowledgement and up to two follow-up messages over the next three days. Additional messages may occur when you engage in a conversation with us. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and responses.

Your choice

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. The form’s checkbox is unchecked by default. You can submit a hauling inquiry without subscribing to texts.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to opt out of the messaging program. Reply HELP for assistance or call 864-641-6201. Once your opt-out is processed, the program will not send further messages except an opt-out confirmation when supported.

Rates and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier, number eligibility and messaging-service availability. Text messages do not reserve equipment, confirm pricing or create a booking.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
